Multinational Company Hiring

In multinational company that valued millions to billions of dollars, they don’t really hire junior software engineer, especially in this AI bubble where people prefer to provide AI MAX subscriptions to the present software engineer.

I was in interview to a mid sized company based in Paris, France. They are hiring a mid-level Rust software engineer, but will consider a junior if they deemed to have a ‘hidden talent’.

They don’t look at us—juniors—the skill, they look at our grit, curiosity, and determination.
