- Newborns (up to 3 months): 14 to 17 hours
- Infants (3 to 12 months): 12 to 16 hours
- Young children (1 to 5 year): 10 to 14 hours
- Children (6 to 12 year): 9 to 12 hours
- Teenager (13 to 18 year): 8 to 10 hours
- Adults (18 year and up): 7 to 9 hours
